Restore and Reset:
A Wellness Retreat for Women Who Are Ready to Thrive

Here’s what statistics tell us.

By the age of 63 most women no longer feel healthy, energetic and alive. They say no to major life opportunities and experiences because they don’t feel well enough to participate.

Yet, the average woman’s lifespan is 81 years.

Let that sink in for a minute.

That means that women are pausing the last quarter of their life for reasons they can control.

Are you ready to be the exception?

If you’re a woman who wants to fully live 100% of the years that you have left, then there are a few non-negotiable things you need to be changing in your life right now.  This retreat is the reset you’ve been waiting for.

4-day women's wellness retreat in Asheville, NC

Why This, Why Now?

Midlife doesn’t usually fall apart all at once. It frays. Quietly. One day at a time.

You start waking at 2 or 3 am. Stress hits harder than it used to. Your energy is unpredictable. Your body feels less forgiving. Your brain feels noisier. And then you get told your labs are “normal” and you should just manage your stress and eat less.

It feels disempowering and it’s easy to lose hope.

This experience is for you if you’re done with being told there are no alternatives and doing the guesswork on your own.

You’re going to connect the dots, simplify your next steps, and feel confident and empowered when it comes to making decisions about your health.

The choices you make now set the stage for the rest of your life so you can feel strong, steady, and capable for the years ahead.

Here’s What You’ll Leave With

Picture this.

You arrive Thursday afternoon in Asheville with the leaves blazing color all around you. You drop your bag, exhale, and realize you do not have to hold anything together here. No performing. No pretending. It’s all about you and the small group of women who are here with you.

Over appetizers and a relaxed welcome, something shifts. You hear another woman describe the same 2 a.m. wake-ups, the same “my labs are normal” frustration, the same feeling that her body changed the rules overnight. You realize you are not crazy. You are not alone. And you’re not broken.

What you’ll learn (practical, prioritized, real life)

No complicated plan. No 50 to-dos. You’ll finally understand:

  • Why sleep gets fragile in midlife and what actually helps you get restorative rest
  • How stress shifts metabolism and energy and how to calm your system without living on a yoga mat
  • What “eating better” really means when you travel, run a business, or have a family
  • Why strength matters so much now and how to build it without punishing workouts
  • How to make sense of body changes so you stop chasing 12 different protocols and start taking the right next steps

You’ll leave knowing the few things that matter most for you, right now.

The inspiration (the kind that creates follow-through)

This isn’t hype. It’s clarity.

You’ll hear women say, “I thought this was just aging, but now I see what’s changeable.”

And you’ll think, “If she can do this with her schedule, I can too.”

Because this is a small group, you won’t just feel motivated. You’ll feel supported.

The empowerment (a plan you can actually live with)

You’ll walk away with:

  • Your personal priorities for sleep, energy, strength, nutrition, pleasure, and mental wellness
  • Simple language to advocate for yourself in doctor visits, including what to ask and what to request next
  • A clear “stop doing” list and a focused “do this instead” plan that fits you

Sunday bonus (you choose what you need)

On Sunday, you decide what support looks like. Explore Asheville, head out early without guilt, or book a 30-minute private session so we tighten your plan and you go home with direction, not overwhelm.

If you stay Sunday night, we’ll cook a simple dinner together at the house. That is the point. Healthspan in real life is steady, doable choices that get easier with support.

You’ll leave lighter, clearer, and more confident, because you have a framework you trust, a community that gets it, and a plan you will actually use.

Community (the part you can’t get online)

The retreat is limited to a max of six women. Shared meals. Honest conversation. The kind of connection that makes change feel easier.

Fun (because we all need more!)

Peak leaf season in Asheville, a rooftop cocktail experience (mocktails available), a chef dinner at our home, and a closing dinner experience worth dressing up for (or not..it’s Asheville!).

Your turn!

This is a small high-value, intimate experience where everyone will get attention and a chance to meet with me 1-1. Conversation and connection are a huge part of this, so the group is kept intentionally small.

How We’ll Spend Our Time Together

Thursday: arrive after 4:00 pm and settle in. We’ll have welcome appetizers followed by a gourmet farm-to-table dinner created by a private chef at our location.

Friday: Mornings are yours to do whatever feels like love to you. Sleep, journal, move…it’s up to you. We’ll start each day at 9:00 with educational sessions and discussion, then lunch and downtime. We’ll do a rooftop bar tour of Asheville (mocktails available) in the evening.

Saturday: Morning free time until 9:00, followed by education and discussion, and spacious downtime, then a spectacular dinner at one of my favorite restaurants.

Sunday: On Sunday, your bonus day, you choose what you need most. Maybe it’s exploring Asheville solo. Maybe it’s leaving early without guilt. Or maybe it’s a 30-minute private session where you and I tighten your plan so you go home with direction, not overwhelm. And Sunday night, if you stay, we cook a simple dinner together at the house to deepen our connection and keep the relaxed vibe going

Monday: breakfast and departures by 10:00 am

You leave lighter, clearer, and more confident. Not because you got “fixed,” but because you finally have a framework you can trust, a community that gets it, and a plan you can actually live with.
