Let's Talk
- “I just don’t understand what is happening to my body. I feel like my body has been hijacked.”
- “My friends keep suggesting things I should try, but nothing is working.”
- “I feel so out of control! Why is my body conspiring against me?”
If that sounds familiar, you are not broken, lazy, or losing your mind.
You are likely in perimenopause or menopause and your body is changing in ways no one has properly explained.
This is exactly what I specialize in.
It’s time for us to talk!
Book a 45-minute consultation call with me.
Why book this consultation with me instead of another provider?
There are plenty of people talking about hormones online. Here is what makes this different.
I am a Doctor of Pharmacy with over 30 years of clinical experience and more than a decade focused on perimenopause, menopause, and midlife women.
I blend functional medicine, hormone science, and coaching, so you get both a clear plan and real-world support, not just a prescription or a handout.
I have helped hundreds of women move from “I feel crazy and exhausted” to “I finally feel like myself again.”
I am not a 7 minute appointment, a supplement sales pitch, or a faceless online platform. You get me, live, focused on you for 45 minutes.
If you want someone who deeply understands midlife women, works at the root-cause level, and speaks human instead of medical jargon, you are in the right place.
What is the “Let’s Talk” consultation?
This is a private 45 minute video call where we put the puzzle pieces of your symptoms together and translate them into a clear next step plan.
We can talk about things like:
“Is this perimenopause, menopause, or something else?”
Heavy, irregular, or missing periods
Mood swings, anxiety, irritability, or feeling like you do not recognize yourself
Brain fog and memory issues that are affecting your work and relationships
Sleep problems, night sweats, hot flashes
Weight gain around your middle that ignores your usual diet and exercise
Low libido, vaginal dryness, or painful sex
Fertility questions in your late 30s and 40s
How to think about hormone therapy, supplements, testing, and longevity
You bring your story and your questions.
I bring calm, clarity, and a lot of experience with women just like you.
What you will walk away with
By the end of your Let’s Talk consultation, you will have:
1. A clear explanation of what is happening in your body
You will finally understand what perimenopause or menopause is, what it is not, and where you likely are in that transition. No more guessing or wondering if you are “too young.”
2. Direct answers to your biggest questions
We will cover your symptoms, cycle changes, sleep, mood, weight, sex drive, and any specific concerns you have. You can ask anything. Nothing is “too much” or embarrassing.
3. A personalized action plan for your next steps
You will leave with 3 to 5 specific, realistic things you can start right away. This might include:
Lifestyle tweaks that actually move the needle
Ideas for lab testing and what numbers really matter
Questions and language to use with your doctor
Options for hormone and non hormone support
4. A sense of control again
Instead of feeling like your body is conspiring against you, you will understand what it is trying to do and how to work with it so you can protect your energy, mood, and long term health.
If we both feel that ongoing support would be helpful, we will also talk about which of my programs is the best fit. When you move into one of those, your $297 consultation fee will be applied as a credit.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. Why do you charge for this call? Why is it not free?
This is not a sales call or a quick “meet and greet.” It is a focused working session.
During your 45 minutes, I:
Review your intake form and any relevant labs ahead of time
Take a detailed history
Connect your symptoms to what is happening with your hormones, nervous system, and metabolism
Create a personalized list of next steps you can put into action right away
You are paying for my 30 plus years of clinical experience, deep training in women’s hormone health and longevity, and the time I spend before, during, and after your call to give you thoughtful guidance.
Free calls are often designed to sell you something. This paid consultation is designed to help you understand what is going on and what to do about it.
If you choose to enroll in one of my qualifying programs afterward, your $297 consultation fee is applied as a credit, so you are not paying twice.
2. Is this a medical appointment? Can you prescribe hormones?
This consultation is educational and coaching focused. I help you understand:
What may be happening in your body
What options exist, including hormone and non hormone approaches
What questions to bring to your prescribing provider
I do not personally write prescriptions. In some cases, if we decide ongoing work together is a good fit, a prescribing clinician on my team may be involved in your care. You will always know exactly who is responsible for which part of your treatment.
3. What can we talk about during the call?
Anything that is on your mind about midlife, hormones, and how you feel in your body. Common topics include:
“Is this perimenopause, menopause, or something else?”
Heavy, irregular, or missing periods
Sleep problems, night sweats, hot flashes
Mood changes, anxiety, irritability, or feeling flat
Brain fog, memory lapses, and focus issues
Weight changes, especially around your middle
Low libido, vaginal dryness, or pain with sex
Fertility questions in your late 30s or 40s
How hormones, nutrition, stress, and lifestyle fit into longevity and healthspan
Nothing is off limits and you can ask anything.
4. Will you review my lab results?
Yes, at a big picture level. If you have recent lab work, you can upload it before your call. I will:
Help you understand how your lab values fit with your symptoms
Explain which markers actually matter for midlife women
Point out areas that may need further attention or follow up
A full, detailed lab interpretation and advanced functional testing are usually part of my longer programs. If deeper testing or analysis makes sense for you, I will explain your options.
5. How should I prepare so I get the most from our time?
You will get more value from the consultation if you:
Write down your top 3 to 5 concerns on the intake form
Make a list of your medications and supplements
Note when your last period was and how your cycles have changed
Gather any recent lab results
Jot down your “must ask” questions so you do not forget them
Find a quiet, private space where you can talk freely and take notes.
6. What happens after the consultation?
You will finish the call with a clear plan. After that, you can:
Implement the recommendations on your own
Share them with your current doctor or provider
Or, if we both agree that deeper support would be helpful, move into one of my programs
If you join a qualifying program, your $297 consultation fee is applied toward that investment.
7. Can I use my HSA or FSA card to pay?
Many clients are able to use HSA or FSA funds for this type of consultation, but it depends on your plan. You are welcome to use your HSA or FSA card at checkout if your provider allows it. If you need a receipt with specific wording, let us know and we will do our best to help.
8. What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so as early as possible so another client can take your original spot.
If you reschedule with reasonable notice, your payment is simply moved to the new time.
No shows or very last minute cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
Full details are included in the scheduling confirmation you receive after booking.
“You are truly the only person that has been able to help me after 2 years of pleading with doctors, exhaustive visits, outrageous bills, etc. I will forever be grateful to you. You validated what I was going through and took it seriously when others said it’s in my head or just deal with it. I feel better that I have in a long time.”

A no-rush experience
When you visit a typical doctor’s office, your average visit is just 7 minutes long, and typically you’ll only be speaking for 11 seconds before your doctor interrupts you.
Chances are your doc will write a prescription for birth control, antidepressants or anxiety medications and rush to the next patient.
I believe you deserve more than 11 seconds to talk about your precious body, your health, and your life! With me, you won’t be rushed. We have time to settle in and go deep.
Schedule your 45-minute consultation call today. The sooner we talk, the sooner you can start feeling better!
